A commercial office renovation on a 100+ year old building is bound to come with a few challenges, but when you have some engineers close by and a construction team with years of experience we were able to work through the challenges together. Prepped and installed larger windows, repaired some extensive structural damage including some creative brick stitching to the side of the building and basement foundation work. Beautiful new glass dividing wall was installed between the foyer and office space. New office carpeting, and a small kitchen was added upstairs with bright professional finishes including custom cabinetry. The basement was transformed from a dated storage space to include a staff lunchroom/kitchen & washrooms. Also added some concrete curbs and pavement to the back parking lot.
