We recently had a major kitchen remodel, including a wall removal, completed by the team at TBC General Contracting. We are delighted with our kitchen and the excellent quality of the work that was done. Everyone who worked on the project was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and willing to listen to our concerns and suggestions. Design options were explained clearly and questions answered quickly. Once the project demolition was started there were no delays even with the sub trades involved and the project was completed quickly and on time. We were very impressed and would highly recommend this excellent company!

Right from Chris coming out to our place in the country to go over things with me, to him coming back with the crew that would be doing the work and introducing them to me on the first day (great customer service in my opinion!) The Aaron & Justin crew were awesome! They were friendly, accommodating (to my dogs especially!), and professional. I could hear Aaron giving Justin instruction and wanted to give him a special shout out – he was a great mentor on the job... our household believes the trades are very important and it is so great to see mentors like Aaron showing patience and sharing his knowledge with the apprentice on site! The dogs and I will miss their laughter, their whistling, and their slightly-off-key singing. We understand that this job was not a big job in the grand scheme of things, but it is a big job for us (financially) and we appreciate the time, care and attention to detail that went into completing our new shiplap ceiling.

When a member of our family developed mobility issues due to a medical trauma, we knew we were going to need to make some significant renovations if we were to stay in our home. We are so grateful to Scott Wilson, Cam Stock and the other members of the TBC team that made life changing alterations to our home including the addition of an elevator. The entire project ran smoothly from start to completion. Scott always kept us up-to-date as the project proceeded and quickly answered any questions we had to keep things moving forward and our minds at ease. Cam did an excellent job leading the project onsite and was very conscientious about clean-up at the end of each day ensuring our household was disrupted as little as possible during the renovation. I've never been so impressed by a contractor. TBC did a month-long renovation to our kitchen: Drywalling, ceiling repair, cupboards, counters, windows, flooring, the works. They finished under budget and on time and the quality of the work was utterly impeccable. They proved completely worthy of my trust.

TBC completed a major kitchen renovation for us. We were more than pleased with the result. Their customer service, knowledge and professionalism was beyond excellent. They gave a timeline of 8 weeks to complete the project and unbelievably they were actually 8 weeks. They are definitely one of the better companies in Medicine Hat and you do pay a bit extra for that but I would 100% recommend hiring them as it is nice to have peace of mind knowing that they do the job right.

We had our kitchen and ensuite renovated in January, and we are absolutely over the moon with the results. From the moment we met Ryan, and his team, we felt completely at ease knowing our vision could come to life and that both our home and we were in good hands. The workmanship is phenomenal, and every detail was perfectly executed. We even went on vacation during part of the renovation, and when we returned, the house was spotless, which was wonderful to come home to. Our experience was 2nd to none. Everyone was great to work with. The destruction and construction crew were tidy and professional. We never had to worry about dealing with extra messes. Chris kept all the trades moving along in an orderly fashion, which allowed the project to stay on time. He is very meticulous with the work being done, whether it be his own or one of the other trades. All deficiencies were looked after promptly. Andrea was awesome and so patient with my indecisiveness. We are so impressed by the finished product. I would highly recommend TBC to anyone considering renovation.

We contracted TBC to do a complete kitchen renovation.  We are extremely pleased with the results.  From the planning and design stage to demolition and construction to cabinets and finishing with the entire experience was positive!  TBC crews and sub trades were punctual, tidy and always respectful.  We are very happy with the workmanship and the final product.  We would highly recommend TBC General Contracting!

From the first time we met with TBC to discuss the possibility of renovations to our kitchen, we felt like valued customers and friends. Andrea was very helpful and knowledgeable. As well as being receptive to any ideas we had, she offered many thoughtful suggestions as we finalized the design for our new kitchen. Scott kept the whole job operating smoothly and on budget. In spring of 2016, we began considering a renovation to our cabin in Elkwater, we had already started working with an architect in Medicine Hat.   As we live in Calgary, we were having difficulty finding a general contractor in the Medicine Hat area.  We were told ‘if you want the best use TBC General Contracting’.  We were put in touch with Scott Wilson and not long after, we met Scott and Andrea for the first time when they came to our home in Calgary!  This was very beneficial they could see our style and taste as we had renovated this home as well.  The work began in short order and we met the TBC group at the cabin.  Scott brought in trades as well as his own talented employees, and all of them are exceptional at what they do.  So much so we have subsequently used them all for a commercial renovation at our Company warehouse in Medicine Hat. Andrea made the finishings and cabinetry easy for us as she made great suggestions and found samples which helped a lot to find the vendors and products in Medicine Hat.  We could not have done it from Calgary without her experience! The entire job took about 7 months, of which we made only 3 trips out to see the progress.  More trips were not required as they kept us fully informed of the progress with pictures, phone calls and emails.  They were always available for any questions we had and still are.  As with any construction project issues will come up and when they did TBC identified the situation and HAD SOLUTIONS!  Even after the job was complete and small issues pop up TBC and all of the trades don’t hesitate to make the trip out to Elkwater and correct or modify things.  A cleaner job site you will never see! We can’t say enough about how working with this group of experienced, polite and genuinely nice people made the whole experience pleasant and non-worry some. If we ever need a contractor again we would choose TBC and would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

Richard and I hired TBC to reno our kitchen. From the initial meeting, we felt their willingness to design a kitchen that met our needs while recognizing the importance of the budget.
